The inauguration of the new Can Comadràn building brought together a vibrant crowd for a festive open-house day, marking the rediscovery of a former textile factory—now fully rehabilitated and filled with new life.

The factory has been transformed into a new 1 500 m² multifunctional space, where historical elements of the building, such as the chimney and the boiler, have been preserved and integrated into a modern, energy-efficient design.
